A piece of Soviet architecture turned into the most sustainable office building in Baltics. (awarded with Baltic Prix d’Excellence in the sustainable development category in 2015).
A former state census bureau building from sixties has been converted to modern multi-tenant office building with net area 7936m2. Highest criteria is set for building environmental sustainability and well-being of its users by state of the art building technologies, emissions free building materials and glare control on façade. Once complete Numeral will obtain BREEAM Very Good certificate in April 2016
The main reinforced concrete structural frame of building was preserved and building was equipped with new state of the art envelope wrapped in chameleon aluminium composite cladding.
Ample greenery on site and public roof terraces provide quaint relaxing possibilities for people working in offices during lunch hours.
